Everyone reflashing the N900 knows the pain of reinstalling the non-deb apps

Download: while the extras-devel import is halted, it’s in my repo, stable branch. Even though, standard extras-devel warning apply.
sudo gainroot apt-get install ovi-maps-extra-features

OMVoiceServer has to be downloaded manually due to hash sum mismatch maemo.org repository error.
