Technological advancement has led to the development of intelligent home appliances that perform incredible functions. As time proceeds, there is a huge expectation from home appliances which expedites the production of smarter devices. Samsung Electronics is at the heart of these innovations which are the future of home devices. Over the past few years, the Korean manufacturing giant has released some tenable devices which definitely changes the lifestyle of our homes. These include Family Hub 2.0 refrigerator, QuickDrive, and POWERbot.
Family Hub 2.0 Refrigerator
Earlier this year, Samsung launched the Family Hub 2.0 refrigerator which is believed to be the central hub of IoT devices. This is not just any simple refrigerator, which protects our food from getting spoilt, but one that accepts voice commands. With a simple voice command, you can place your order for groceries, play music, check the weather details and much more from this refrigerator. It even gives you ideas if you need a recipe. This technology will positively modify our connection with the kitchen.
QuickDrive
During the IFA 2017 conference, we all saw the QuickDrive which is an intelligent washing machine that sports an AI-powered laundry assistant called Q-rator. With this device, all you need to do is make a request, tell it what you are washing, its colour, how dirty it is and the machine knows exactly what to do. You can include a setting that ensures that the loads will be done at a time that is convenient for you and you get a signal when there is any difficulty.
POWERbot
Another innovative device that was unveiled by Samsung at the IFA 2017 conference in Berlin is POWERbot, which is a smart robot vacuum cleaner. This device is completely automatic, you don’t have to indicate where it has to clean or clear all obstacles for it to do its job. It automatically detects where it cleaned, where needs cleaning and it adjusts its suction power on different surfaces. This ensures that the floor is clean at all times.
