Mike Pugh

Mike Pugh is a VP at RingCentral where he brings more than 20 years of cloud communications experience. As an entrepreneur, Mike has experience leading and co-founding several companies, including eFax and the Santa Barbara Angel Alliance. In addition to driving growth across RingCentral’s collaboration business, Mike also pursues a career as a candor coach and facilitator, based on Kim Scott’s best-selling book, “Radical Candor.”
