LinkedIn Has News Today—Too Bad Its Site Is Down

LinkedIn is set to announce new features, specifically on its mobile platform. But one place you won’t learn about them is, well, LinkedIn.

The site is down. When I attempted to access LinkedIn.com from a mobile device, we received an error message that said, “Oops, that page does not exist.” At the LinkedIn press event today, CEO Jeff Weiner just said the site problems are unrelated to the new features and that he believes the site is coming back to life.

I’ll follow up with updates once the error has been resolved.
