Tasso Roumeliotis
Tasso Roumeliotis is Founder & CEO of Location Labs, the worldwide pioneer in mobile location and device management technologies, established in 2002. Its Sparkle LBS and MDM platform is licensed by Tier 1 global wireless carriers to power essential value-added services. The company's Safely consumer division, launched in 2011, employs these innovative technologies to create mobile safety apps for families, in partnership with AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Telefónica. Prior to establishing Location Labs, Roumeliotis was co-founder of Coroneo, a medical device startup, with products now deployed at Stanford and other leading hospitals nationwide; Vice President at Claridge, a $3 billion fund operating wireless and media assets; and a Bain & Company.Associate. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.Sc & B.Comm, Joint Honours Economics & Finance, from McGill University.
